Between 10:15 AM and 11:00 AM, Thursday, March 18, 2010.
WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
An OIT NAS appliance experienced a failure which made Prism home directories unavailable.
WHO WAS AFFECTED?
CoC faculty and students.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Affected users may need to re-map their prism home directory to resume normal operations. No data was lost in this outage.
HAS THE PROBLEM BEEN RESOLVED?
Yes.
