WHY IS IT HAPPENING?

There is a security vulnerability that affects the core CoC router. Additional information is available at the following link:

TSO will upgrade the router on October 6, during the 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM window. All Intranet/Internet traffic for all CoC subnets will be affected while the router is being rebooted. LAWN in TSRB and KACB will not be affected.

WHO IS AFFECTED?

All CoC faculty, staff, and students attempting to use CoC network resources during the router reboot.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?

Users should save their work prior to the maintenance period and should be prepared for service interruption during the maintenance period. After the reboot, network services may be accessed as usual.
