WHEN DID IT HAPPEN?
After 11:00 PM, Sunday, October 4, 2015.


WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
TSRB experienced a power outage at 11:00 PM.  After power was restored, the network did not recover on its own.


WHO WAS AFFECTED?
CoC faculty, staff, and students attempting to use network resources in TSRB or attempting to remotely access machines housed in TSRB.


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action is required.


HAS THE PROBLEM BEEN RESOLVED?
No.  TSO is currently working to resolve the issue.

UPDATE & CORRECTION:
The power did not go out until approximately 12:00 AM, Monday, October 5, 2015.  The power was out for approximately 6 hours.  After a reboot of the primary networking chassis, networking services were restored at 8:15 AM, October 5.
