Between approximately 8:40 PM, Friday, September 28, and 1:00 PM, Monday, October 1, 2012.
WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
Following the network outage in TSRB (see http://support.cc.gatech.edu/alerts/tsrb-network-outage for further details) some systems did not come back up cleanly.
WHO WAS AFFECTED?
Anyone attempting to access the affected systems listed below.

No user action is required.
HAS THE PROBLEM BEEN RESOLVED?
Yes. The servers were all returned to normal functionality by 1:00 PM, October 1.
