It has become unresponsive for several attached servers.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action should be required. Some of the affected systems may need to be rebooted if their mapped directories do not successfully remount.
HAS THE PROBLEM BEEN RESOLVED?
No. Neuromancer and pravda are still experiencing network issues. TSO is investigating.
