On Wednesday, August 12, 2009, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM, TSO will perform routine patching on the servers listed below. The affected servers will be rebooted as part of the patching and thus will be intermittently unavailable during this maintenance window. During this patching, the help desk RT ticketing system, DNS resolution, and mailman.cc.gatech.edu may be intermittently unavailable. Mailman and RT email will be queued and delivered once those services are restored.
