WHEN DID IT HAPPEN?
From approximately 11:40 AM until 3:40 PM on Friday, December 16, 2016.

 
WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
Partial RAM module failure.

 
WHO WAS AFFECTED?
Madison will soon be retired.  TSO has migrated all known users who were still printing through Madison to other printing methods, so no users should have been affected.


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action is required.
 
 
HAS THE PROBLEM BEEN RESOLVED?
Yes.  The issue was resolved upon reboot.
