WHAT’S HAPPENING?
TSO will be upgrading Windows Server hardware on the following systems.

Affected servers:
cc-hvsh-01 and it's VMs: cc-rdc-01 and cc-dc-01
cc-hvsh-03 and it's VMs: cc-curly, cc-larry, and cc-trakaweb

WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?
Wednesday June 15th, 2022, starting at 5pm. Servers are expected to be back online by 9pm.

WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
To improve base performance of the systems and the VMs hosted by them.

WHO IS AFFECTED?
Users of MOPIERs, FileMaker Pro, keybox management software, and the password reset form will be unable to access these services while the servers are being upgraded and restarted.

Affected services:
MOPIERs, FileMaker Pro, keybox management services, and authentication against CCAD

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Close out of FileMaker Pro and any other affected applications.  No other user action is required.
