The primary database server hosting the PeopleSoft HCM, TechWorks, and Kronos production services (BAST) will be unavailable.


WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?
On Thursday, June 27, 2013, between 5:00 AM and 6:00 AM.


WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
To facilitate a correction to the storage configuration.


WHO IS AFFECTED?
All users of services supported by HPROD databases will be impacted.  This includes but is not limited to the following:

Kronos Time management (Time-clocks will be available to collect time)
PeopleSoft HR/Payroll/Benefit services
Reports.Gatech reports (using HPROD or KPROD)
TechWorks Employee Self Service


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action should be required.
