WHAT HAPPENED?
Two CoC Windows servers were rebooted.

Affected servers:
hollister.cc.gatech.edu
kennedy.cc.gatech.edu


WHEN DID IT HAPPEN?
Beginning at approximately 10:30 AM, Tuesday, August 6, 2013.


WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
The remote consoles became unresponsive.  Restarting the service did not correct the problem, requiring them to rebooted to restore proper operation.


WHO WAS AFFECTED?
No users should have been affected.


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action is required.


HAS THE PROBLEM BEEN RESOLVED?
Yes.  Following the reboot, both servers were again responsive.  Each server was offline for less than five minutes, and both were back up by 10:55 AM, August 6, 2013.
