WHAT'S HAPPENING?
CCB and TSRB office and lab space will be briefly without network connectivity.


WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?
CCB:  Tuesday, August 13, and Wednesday, August 14, 2013, between 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM.
TSRB:  Wednesday, August 14, and Thursday, August 15, 2013, between 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM.


WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
TSO will apply code upgrades to the data closet network switches.  


WHO IS AFFECTED?
CoC faculty, staff, and students in CCB and TSRB will lose network connectivity for 5-10 minutes during this maintenance period while the switch serving their computer is rebooted.


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Affected users should save their work prior to the maintenance period and be prepared for a brief network interruption.  Some users may need to reboot their workstations if their directories do not successfully remount following the maintenance.
