WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
One of GT's service providers has saturated some of the links within their network.  This has resulted in poor performance on their network.


WHO WAS AFFECTED?
Off-campus users attempting to connect to GT resources may be affected.


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action is required.


HAS THE PROBLEM BEEN RESOLVED?
No, the service provider is working on the issue, but it is not yet resolved.
