WHEN DID IT HAPPEN?
Beginning at approximately 10:45 AM, Wednesday, November 20, 2013.


WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
The outage is due to failed hard drives on the academic-mysql/php server tartarus.cc.gatech.edu.


WHO WAS AFFECTED?
Students in CS 2316 and CS 4400 attempting to access the affected services.  


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action is required.


HAS THE PROBLEM BEEN RESOLVED?
No, the services will be migrated to a new server.  Additional information will be provided when it becomes available.
