Wednesday, December 11, 2013, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.


WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
TSO has identified a large amount of spam on CoC swiki sites, primarily in the histories.  In order to clean up the spam, the swikis must be temporarily taken offline.


WHO IS AFFECTED?
TSO will make a best effort to search for and remove spam from the swiki pages.  All swiki history files will be archived.  Swiki sites that have not been updated in the last five years will be set to read-only.  The swiki server home pages will be updated to indicate the read-only sites.


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
If desired, swiki sites owners may contact the TSO Help Desk to request one or more of the following:

- to have a swiki site disabled and archived
- to have a read-only swiki set to be editable
- to have the history of a swiki restored
- to claim ownership of an orphaned swiki
