The TSO ticketing system Request Tracker (RT) site help.cc.gatech.edu will be briefly unavailable.
WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?
Wednesday, February 12, 2014, between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
TSO will perform a routine update of the SSL certificates on the RT server calvin.cc.gatech.edu. This will require a restart of Apache, during which RT will be unavailable.
WHO IS AFFECTED?
Users attempting to access RT during the maintenance period.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Affected users should save their work and be prepared for service interruption during the maintenance period.
