WHAT HAPPENED?
The web client redirect that allowed users to choose between Office365 and Zimbra mail was unavailable. Any user with an Office365 preference was directed to the Outlook Web Access (OWA) client and did not receive a prompt to choose between Office365 and Zimbra.

Between approximately 10:50 and 11:40 AM on Wednesday, January 13, 2016.
WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
OIT reported this issue and provided no further details.
WHO WAS AFFECTED?
Any GT user who migrated in the past 30 days, students who self-selected to move to Office365, or anyone who had their Zimbra end date extended.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action was required. Once the service came back online, the option to choose between Zimbra and Office365 repopulated.
