WHEN DID IT HAPPEN?
From approximately 11:00 AM until 11:45 AM on Wednesday, September 21, 2017.
WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
The main campus network outage [https://status.gatech.edu/incidents/tz8qbgj21kkx] caused the server hosting those websites (scouter.cc.gatech.edu) to become unresponsive.
WHO WAS AFFECTED?
Any users of the CoC web resources mentioned above.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action is required.
HAS THE PROBLEM BEEN RESOLVED?
Yes. TSO personnel responded and rebooted the system, which restored functionality.
