WHAT’S HAPPENING?
A configuration change to one of the switches on the north side of the 2nd floor of TSRB caused the switch to become unresponsive at 10:07AM.  After multiple reboots, the switch was brought back online at 10:40AM.

TSRB 234A/B
TSRB 235A
TSRB 236
TSRB 237
TSRB 238
TSRB 239
TSRB 241

Tuesday May 28th from 10:07AM to 10:40AM

WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
A configuration change to one of the switches on the north side of the 2nd floor of TSRB caused the switch to become unresponsive.

WHO IS AFFECTED?
GT network users in the previously mentioned TSRB locations. 

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action is necessary.
