WHAT'S HAPPENING?
Several servers in the CCB 247 Datacenter lost network connection.

WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?
Friday, July 12th from approximately 2am. Networking was restored at 10:38am.

WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
The connector for the network uplink on a Cisco switch failed , resulting in complete connection loss to the servers in that rack. The connector was replaced and network connectivity has been re-established.

WHO IS AFFECTED?
Users of the following servers/clusters:
kepler group
brerwery cluster
sky1 and sky2
multivac
broomwagon

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action is required. If you encounter an issue with any of the servers listed above, please reach out to the HelpDesk for further support.
