Beginning at 9:00 AM on Saturday, July 26, 2008, GTRI will be performing an upgrade to their external firewall services, which will result in intermittent network outages. During these outages, CC Exchange, SharePoint, and BlackBerry services will be unavailable, which will affect CC faculty and staff who use those services. While CC BlackBerry users will not have access to email, calendaring, or contacts during these outages, phone services will continue to function. Maintenance is expected to be completed by 1:00 PM on July 26.
