At approximately 9:30 AM, Tuesday, September 30, 2008, TSO became aware that CoC swikis on the server salinn.cc.gatech.edu, which provides services as swiki.cc.gatech.edu, were unavailable. After restarting services was unsuccessful, the server was rebooted. At approximately 11:30 AM, swikis were again available. However, by 1:30 PM, September 30, they were once more offline. We are investigating the issue and will provide additional information as it becomes available.

Update: The swikis were brought back up at 11:30 PM, October 1. However, they are still experiencing poor performance and timeouts. TSO is continuing to investigate.

Update: The swiki.cc.gatech.edu web server software became unresponsive on Saturday, October 4, 2008, at approximately 4:30 PM. It was restarted on October 6, and it became available at 11:15 AM. TSO is researching a long-term fix for the problem.

Update: At approximately 10:50 AM, Tuesday, October 14, TSO became aware that the swikis had gone offline again. The services were restarted, and the swikis were tested as functional again at 2:20 PM, October 14.
