TSO has been informed that as of 5:00 AM, Thursday, October 23, 2008, the Internet is unreachable from CoC computers. This has been verified on a sampling of computers in the CCB, KACB, and TSRB on different subnets. We are currently investigating the cause and scope of the problem and will post additional details as they become available.

Update: As of 10:00 AM, October 23, all CoC workstations should again have Internet connectivity. The cause was traced to DNS requests that were for resources outside of GT timing out on some CoC DNS servers. TSO is currently working with OIT to address the issue.
