WHAT'S HAPPENING?
Various email messages may be filtered into your Junk Email folder in Office 365.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Users should keep an eye on their Junk Email folder and mark incorrectly flagged items as "Not Junk" where appropriate (this can be done using the right-click menu).  Users may also need to whitelist specific addresses or domains as needed.  This can be done through Outlook Web Access (OWA), by adding addresses or domains to "Safe Senders and Recipients" under Options -> Mail -> Accounts -> Block or Allow.
